Apache pada ;/ Help

Problem polega na tym, że gdy na strone wejdzie zbyt wiele osób w tym samym czasie i każdy zacznie sobie odświeżać czy latać po kazdym dziale to strona nagle przestaje działać.
W Xampp Control widnieje normalnie START przy apache ale strona nie trybi.
W bardzo łatwy sposób można tak crashować stronę. Było kilka osób, które robiły to w ten sposób.

Jak temu zapobiec na Windows XP? Jakieś pomysły?

Zmieniłem timelimit z 300 na 10 na początku jakoś pomogło teraz dalej jest to samo. Czasem wyskakuję błąd "Nie Wysyłaj" z apache. Wtedy pada na tej samej zasadzie.

Używam xampp 1.6.7 || na 1.6.6 było to samo.

zend_mm_heap corrupted
