Apache Service Doesnt starts!

Hi guys! i use xampp, but when i try to start apache service its doesnt work it only says apache service started but it have doesnt started

plz can someone help me

Skype running? since xampp uses port 80 it may be in use by another program.

Try to change your port, open httpd.conf and change LISTEN:: 80 to for example LISTEN:: 2500

Ofcourse if you want to access your localhost then you should add the port since its not the standard web port, for example: 127.0.0.1:2500
