Apache2 on ubuntu page timeout

Hello community!
Im troubeling with apache2 server on ubuntu. I mean sometimes www works perfectly but when i use creating account or smth duno what the page just dissapear and then when im connecting to it firefox(and the other browsers) telling me that time for connection expired. When i leave it for 1 hour or more webpage is comming back to the alive websites world etc etc. I dont really know what is going on with it. I think there is problem with apatche2 probablly but im not 100% sure
im using znote aac and phpmyadmin and both of them are disappearing at the same time. Can You guys tell me what happens?

Im using Ubuntu server the newest one and apache2 as webserver

The default timeout is 300 seconds for the server to fulfill each request.

i had apache many times and now got this problem ill try with nginx when the site will crash now
