I just assume they're using the Venice concept.
Which is pretty much a floating city whereby people use boats to navigate their way through the city.

That is excellent work. I love the 2 sides. However, I can't help but think that lilly pads (let along frogs) would be able to survive on the swamp. Nonetheless, it looks amazing!
