Well azuroth, i guess u u used RME, try to dont use the automatic
first, are missing borders in your waterfalls~
then, where is the water comming? =P
next, i think ur temple is to small =S
later, ur island is too small and it doesnt have too much details
finally, there is gravel in the poison ^.- "rare IMO"
but practice more =D
try always to have an inspiration, iI'm not a big mapper but I try it :]
Ohh and all those kind of trees doesn't match with the nature u have =P

Phoenix, in my opinion:
You should take out the stones in the swamp
Take those green "cave" crystals, i think they are more used for "caves"
If you like almost all the area with swamp, it's ok, but... try to put some grass =S gives more life to the nature~
Those branches that are in the walls, where do they come from if there are no grass or live? >.<!
The skeleton its not needable there i think =/
That mark of you door doesnt fit too =/
If you use that rope-ladder, u cant go up because u are rope 1sqm up and behind, so u need the stairs and more ground =S
I'm not saying u dont map good but, when you map, try to have normally with the stuffs are maped =P
