I get it, you do this because you like it, but in the end you will ask yourself: Wtf am I wasting my time on... Trust me.
And I am being "Judgemental" because I have been where you are right now. You enjoy mapping, you think you get something out of it, but in the end it's just a waste of a shitload of time. Spend your time getting good at things that really matters instead, like Scripting, Developing, Coding... or whatever. Or hell, even quit OT, there is no future in it anyways. (Atleast Custom Low exp Servers)

Yea but i didnt mean like a full map, What i meant, Was that i havent seen even these small awesome pieces of maps anywhere, Even tho i'd love to.

You would see more of these pieces if people would put download links under the picture and say: "Use this awesome creation I did"

OT as open tibia aka tibia like games? yes I also think this ship is hard to pull out of deep water.
But if you mean OT as anything what is possible with TFS? You are very wrong. If game with that, is done right, it can easily surpass tibia+ot playerbase.

Words of wisdom Neon.
It's exactly what I have done, I quit mapping a few years ago. I regret nothing.
It was my passion but I understood that everything can be a passion.
When you put much time into practice, you get used to it, it becomes your second nature.
(no matter what it is, even the most boring things like counting blades of grass)
Human being are extremely flexible, we can adapt to everything.
After that I have noticed more things in my life (like mapping) that are nonsense and waste of time.
(porn, tv, gaming, mindless internet browsing, etc)
I started exercising(gym, running), reading books(nonfiction), nofap/noporn, healthy eating...
Now I am different person.
I am programmer I love learning new things I love self discipline.
Listen to Neon guys, stop this madness.

oops, forgot to ask if this is too big for a beginner island, which was my main reason for posting it. So ye is it too big or what
 
In my opinion there is no "too big" for a beginner island. The player has to have fun, that's all what matters. It's pretty hard to say if it's too big or not if I only see the minimap, without knowing anything about the project :p.

depends how long time u aim for people to stick on the beginner island? because if they are gonna get exp enough to travel to main island quickly, then u shouldn't take so much time to create it xd
