Don't like that because of the south borders, you could use any of the buttress things or the palisades i guess, unless you want the texture of it sticking out of the wall??.. Not a huge fan of it anyway and these are probably poor examples but would something like this not work better than using those borders?

I've seen worse.
Its however very squary, using raw or even autoborder to make the roads not so straight and making houses so its not just a square with squares in it, would improve the map alot.
also add some bushes and not just trees, to the nature part of the town. skip all those rocks on the streets, use some but not on every square. some stones would be a nice touch aswell.

also the city wall could be improved with some more detail to it.

keep up the work, and pratice using raw. and your maps will improve very much.
 
I like the first and third one Rami!
on the first one, put id "4029" in the root of the bamboo trees, makes it look way more natural.
Glad to see you trying out some mapping! keep up the nice work.
