Are clients from otservlist.org safe to download?

Hello, i was planning to grab an 8.6 client form otservlist.org to play an OTs. Virus Total has a few detections always and i was wondering if the site https://otservlist.org/ is completely safe to download any client from it. I know the OTS site is also available but i feel more comfortable with otservlist.org.
