Are some Quests bugged?

I tried to do the yalahari quest but is it bugged? In mission 6 when i use the ghost charm on the strange carving it says: You cannot use this object.
Its says the same on Icechaw.

It's not bugged, it's just not scripted further than that, but it will be. Once it has you can continue on mission 6. We'll let you know when it has.
