i have tryed evverything to disable this ports, but its to complicated :/

You already have a service which uses port 80 and port 443.
Disable your current service. Most likely you are using "Internet Information Services (ISS)" which is included in etc. Windows Server 2003/2008.

Yes it is Internet Information Services (ISS) but how do i get rid of it ? i have tried almost evverything
