Lua Area Trainers - Help

I need create Trainers Area, But this giving anything wrong, I put the trainer in place (no doors) and when I enter the area he comes out of his place and follow me attacking .. I want him to stand still in its place without me then how?

You can either use doors or a tile that monsters won't walk over by themselves. I think that sandstone tile with sparkling effect does that for example.
