Arena frankfarmer release

Greetings, im using the latest version frankfarmer cipsoft map and the arena dont work, when i talk with guy arener him repeat a msg and i cant open the doors, the other problem is when i kill with the gm the first monster the teleport dont send me to other room sayingf "u must to kill the creature o some.
Please i need help. thx
