I think you won't find it, I have been trying to find it for months to adapt same game-play from this old XML to newer SQL server but I never found it.
I also asked Eldin but he couldn't find it too.
If anyone has it, would be great to share it here.

You won’t find source called aries, you can search for otserv 0.6.0 source because aries was built based on it.

It is hard to find aries 0.4.0 xml free from bugs because it was very old engine.
You need to find a good source for it as I mentioned and you have to work to find bugs and fix all of it.
My advice to work with a better engine like tfs 1.3 but you need to downgrade it.
