Assertion failed

When i log into my server, I can walk around and go anywhere. But as soon as i go near a creature of any kind (through teleports) i can walk 1 square and then my server crashes. It says that assertion has failed and then has a location- c:/user/Mark Sammon/...something something something. This isn't even a user. I don't know a Mark.


Any answers as to why this is happening?

I'm using forgotten server. Client version 9.1. Custom Map from remeres map editor. This just recently started happening, i didn't change anything when this started happening.
