Greetings,
I have tried Tibia but never had time to be immersed in it.
There are some general questions I would like answers to since this is a Private Server which means slightly modified content.

BOTs
How rampant are BOTs on the server, are there any "legit" players

Promotion
What level is promotion available; cost and location.
Paladins are masters of distance weapons. What about using melee; such as a sword, to save ammunition.

What content is not yet available yet and is being worked on. What content is slightly modified from the retail version.

I am aware some of the content is retail and can be found on the wiki though it is better to ask.

boting is allowed on server, msot of ppl here bot.

promotion can be bought in thais (king tibianus) after reaching lvl 20.

pallys can only use distance weapons, but they have something like spears(best are enchanted) which arent wasting so fast ( i mean they are not gone after 1 shoot, mostly but somethimes they can be 'broke')

till lvl 70 ( i think they didnt change it) u are not losing any eq cause by dead (not depends by who, mobs/players) after lvl 70 all blessing can be bought at all temples , just write hi, all, yes (120k for all of them)

server is mostly updated to the latest verion of tibia i think , till 9.82 i guess

Bots:
You can use bot, maybe 90% of this server use bot to heal, bot while they do some else on their pc.
You can't afk bot (that means you can bot and dont replay if gm + ask you), if you get caughted for afk botting you will get jailed/deleted.

Promotion:
You can get it in thais for 20k and you need lvl 20+
By saying 'Hail King - Promotion - yes' to king.
If you ask on help they will help you.
You can't use sword as a pally because spells will be low, ammo is cheap.

Blessing, AOL:
You can get all blesses in any temple by saying 'hi - all - yes twist of fate - yes'
And its up to lvl, after lvl 110 its 105k. (10,5cc)
You don't loose your items till lvl 100+, you will loose your bp if you get skull before 100lvl.

Content:
Server is updating from lastest tibia so you can play from 9,80 to 9,85.

Depends on your vocation, if you are mage the regeneration of your mana is so fast that you can hunt easily with food until 140~, if you are knight i can't answer you because never tried one, and on paladin well, regen is also fast so only bring some potions, sds and mw are optional and i recommend you to have some maybe to escape from pkers.

BOTs
Botting is legal unless you are not afk in this case if someone report you you can get punished, that's about the cavehunting; Multi clienting is illegal.


Promotion
As on global, it cost's 20k and you can buy it from King Tibianus.
"Paladins are masters of distance weapons. What about using melee; such as a sword, to save ammunition." Keep in consideration that you can farm a lot of money there so is not such a big problem spend some money in the ammunition.
If you are planning to use melee weapons with a paladin i suggest you to make a knight instead, Mace is the class that is less used here on shadowcore's so i won't suggest you to pick up that class, Sword is the most balanced weapon class, and the Axe is the class that deals the most damage.

Blessing's price: to level 30 untill level 120 it cost's: (your level - 20) * 200
After level 120 the price is 20k for each bless.
Players below Level 100 won't lose any items on death unless they have white, red or black skull.

Content
The contenet most important that is not yet avaible is the deepling boss spawn's, the swap system and the system which allow's you to open the floor tile's.
The contenet slightly modified could be some npc place's for example you wont get your pirate sabre addon from duncan but from raymond striker, or the warrior addons can be made just from Trisha on Carlin, some quest are modified to make them easier such for the Demon oak you won't need the 6666 demon task, for travel to goroma you can skip the irst mission's and just start from the "counterspell mission", that's just two examples.
