Attack speed on skill?

Is it possible to add attack speed modifyer to skills? Etc making fist fighting increase X atk speed?

If so does the client need to be edited?

Its possibile. Client does not need to be edited, unless display change wanted.

Server side source (.cpp) will need few changes tho.
First of all let us know the distribution
