/attr how it work?

Hey i wanna change damage on the wep and atackspeed how can i do that?
how can i make it increase hp with /attr?

You can only change attack.

I think you can do /attr attackspeed, 100

Change Weapon Damage: /attr set attack 300 - The atk will be 300.
Add HP on a player: /attr set health 3000 - He/She will have 3000 HP, nothing more nothing less.
