auto choose team

I need help with auto balance team using 1/1
and 2/2
im using pyhtera war 8.31 and i change
--auto balance?
teamSelection = 0
to
--auto balance?
teamSelection = 1
and dont work
what i need to do?

if any1 know any server with auto balance working pm me please.
