Auto delete sample chars.

I want to know why my server always delete sample chars. Like from nothing. ;x
And when premium time is over players don't lose house.

Can someone help me?

Well, my server was working well, then like 15 or 20 days later, acc managaer, sample chars deleted. Idk if is a bug of db.
And when premium expire they don't lose house, how can I fix this? Can you tell me?
