automatic /reload

Hi there, Im having some troubles on my OT with some custom systems, like pets, war of emperium, changender command, etc...

The solution for this is doing a /reload mods, talkactions, etc...

Can someone make an automatic globalevent that every X minutes, it reloads mods and talkactions?
