Linux Avesta

Can anyone help me out with Avesta on Linux? I did everything except on the linux tutorials on here. Now im at.

./autogen.sh
./configure --enable-mysql
make

Only thing is there is no autogen in Avesta sources. All there is, is the file Makewin. Can anyone help me?
