Hey- I was just wanting to change the blue in the GM Outfit to another color- what program and where can I find it to do that? thanks!

In the more recent Tibia versions the GM outfit is recolorable. No idea how it goes in older versions. Alternatively you can edit the tibia.spr file. Then the players must download a custom client tho, since this is a client-sided modification.
