How stable are these releases? IN particular the 0.4/0.3.7 8.6
 
Is it "legal" to post 0.4/0.3.7? Got 0.4 3884 from stian and alot of 0.4 in my "downloaded files" if its legal to upload. Just quote me and if its legal ill upload them so you can edit in the links.
