Lua /ban Command for tfs 0.3.5 crying damson?

I've honestly spent 4 hours trying to find a decent ban command for tfs 0.3.5. The one i currently have does not work. Yes, i have used the search function and no the /ban,time,reason for 0.3.4+ does not work. Ctrl + y does not work as well. Im growing really frustrated as a bunch of no-lives are messing with my server making vulgar names harrassing staff etc. and i cannot ban them. Someone please help, thank you

Try downloading another version of the server and useing that command?

also, ban their IPs or IP ranges if you need to
