Ban for Command

I wonder if there is any function that Bans the player?
for example: banPlayer (7days)/ ban Player(7Hours)
Player banned for 7 days / Player banned for 7 hours

I don't think so, atleast not in TFS. I am sure if you have the abilities you can create a command like that one, but it takes time and patience.
