Ban Players IP range?

I have a banned player who keeps changing his IP address and making new accounts,
Is there a way I can ban his entire IP range instead of the IP he is on?

I tried to search for an answer and did not find anything...

u cant they use proxy

just delete his main acc everytime he reaches high level, he will get bored after getting level 200 fifth time
if he does something destructive on chat use /mute, it will anjoy him more than a ban
