I dunno where this thread belong but anyway I'll ask it here..
in the ban system, what 'statement' has to do? and how/what I write there?

Don't make the same post twice in two differnt sections...

As for the statement:
If you right click on a player's message in game (such as an offensive comment) and select rule violation from there, the comment you selected it from will show in the statement box.

Hope you understood what I meant.
