I have a questing related to the ban system in TFS.
What is 'Statement' used for and how I use it?

Statement is used when you right-click on a message in the chat list and choose "Report statement".

Useful if you for example ban a user for advertizement, spamming or harassment.

when i choose report name my options its only [name report]
and i want to fix that
