How can i ban by ip on my tfs 0.3 alpha 4 ots ?? :/ beacouse i dont see there that command.

CTRL+Y, enter the player's name then tick the "IP Banishment" box.

if you use GUI you can ban in GUI console ? but its not Ip ban i think its only perm ban character
