If you know that it´s illegal to run casino in DP´s and still do it, you shouldn´t be surprised about the situation.

I'm not suprised, but I think this was a too harsh punishment.
I understand permanently bans for Casino's 8 lvl with names "... Casino", but not for a normal character with many items, cash, good level, addons etc. This should be an early warning and less punishment.

Why not?

It doesn't matter if someone is "pro 500lvl 500kk balance" etc or just Casino Character where is for example: 20kk and 1-2 rares.
