Bank debug..

This bug was already told a few times in the past but it still isnt fixed..
Today i was getting money from my bank but instead i took 3,800,000 i did 38,000,000 I had no space or cap for it so it dropped on the floor..
This shouldnt be possible to happen so please fix this problem !!!
