I wanted to implement on my server the system of paying all of the character directly from the bank, without having to carry money inside the backpack, something like removing straight from the bank..

so I can buy anything from npcs, or pay for a boat ticket, and get it out of my automatic bank.

No, it should take money through bank balance when players don't have enough cash in backpack.
