mayby change gold and platinium don't work, because you can change it click Right Button Mouse on 100 gold / 100 platinium.

well, all I can see there (hardly) is that you're using these commands incorrectly.
To check the amount of cash stored on the account type balance
To change gold just click on the stack, 100 gp turns into 1 platinum coin, 1- platinum coins will turn into one crystal coin etc. You can also click on 1 plat and you'll get 100gp and so on.
To withdraw cash, use the command withdraw x (where x is the amount of cash you want to withdraw)
To move the cash from your backpack to your account use the command deposit all or deposit x (where x is the amount of cash you want to deposit)
