Can you explan me the bans fields:
'param', for what it is used?
'reason', what does each ID means?
'action', what is it?

all be pleased if you explain all this to me :)

Well, why are you looking at the Database?
There are many reasons, also, quite a bunch of actions...
If you could explain what you want to be done, it could help us, because, we don't know if you want to delete that banishment row or change the reason!
