Battle Condition with Paladins

well, nowadays with paladins you cant shoot a rune/use a pot on a paladin without delaying the attack with spear/crossbow or whatever weapon your using.
I'd like to know where I can delete so it doesn't delay the attack in TFS 0.3.5 or 0.3.6 both works good.
