Belcar Outpost!
A small outpost located on an isle due east of Solitude, the Belcar Outpost is home to very few life, but a rather modest trading outpost. With it's underground cave system known to as one of the very few places in the world to inhabit both Garden Snakes and the vicious Vipers, the cave system is home for many dead adventurers. It seems that the outpost is better served as the area to be introduced to the Ether World, than anything else.
