Best Client to host an OTS on

Hey Guys!

Been a long time since I've been on these forums, kind of thinking of starting a custom OTS with my brother.

So what client is the best to host on? Is there a "most stable distribution" to use? The client protocols have changed so much since I've been into OTS I don't even know where to start.

If you know what you are doing, any client is stable. Just use the last produced revision for that client version, there may be small things you want to change but like I said. If you know what you're doing you should be fine developing for any client platform.
