Best dedicated host for my money?

So me and @8674011 are doing this large project and we're looking to buy a dedicated host and we're not exactly where we can get the best bang for our buck.
This is our first time doing this whole dedi thing so it would be good if we went off in the right direction from the start!

Not easy to point in right direction without more info.
Such as what typ of server, how much you wanna spend on host. With/without DDoS protection etc.

We're running TFS 1.0 (10.37) and looking for anything 60$ or less and of course will probably grow with time

I see, server4you is good but they have a hight set-up fee.
If you order a server from there that says 28$ month etc and remove the set up fee on 150$, the month cost will go up to 45+$ etc.

But ye, they have good servers.
