Best Distro To Use?

I've messed with OT's on and off since 2006 or 2007ish.
I have a decent amount of programming knowledge and would like to dive into this stuff.
What's the best distro to use for Tibia 8.6?

I plan on doing this for a hobby, and look forward to developing many wonderful things with you guys!
