with pvp (not enforced)
good big map, much houses, and PLENTY OF spawns, ofcourse weaker on start and strong for further hunting
and ofcourse good exp stages So not fast leveling

This should be a poll but, just like everyone else, I'd say about 5x exp is probably the best. 10x can be a little fast and anything below 5 can get kind of boring.

In my opinion the lower the better for the DEVs lol =D so players don't burn through the map and make the mappers cry. Still, you need a really good map and concept to be able to sustain a server with a low exp rate so I'd say about 8-ish on a standard rune-cost (300 SD) server would be fine.
