If you can give the address here to this map. Best it would be if at once npc and the spawns were added.

Ates' map sucks because it has old Darashia, Kazo and Edron etc.

Changing a Map is work... but adding custom spells, features and Monsters who kickass (sorry for saying) is REAL hard work... but well worth it !!
