Best VERSION For a Project?

Hey Guys, i want to start a new project with my friend!
Soo, can u guys help me to choose which version is the best for Us?
It won't be Like Global Tibia, soo will have new sprites and etc!
Please! i need your help!

Well if you are going custom client anyway, may as well use 1.x and at that point, client version doesn't matter at all.

I don't know TFS 8.6 or 9.0.. i just want one that aren't with bugs that crashes the server!
I want a server with a simple data, and with a function Executor

There are different versions of TFS which by default will support different versions of Tibia.
The one I linked you in my original post supports 10.77 by default. Yes it is possible to make it work with a different version of Tibia but in general it will probably require more effort than you are willing to put into it which is why I said, if you are going to be adding custom sprites anyway (aka custom client) then you may as well use the newest TFS since the client version will not matter in the long run (since you are going to be using a custom client anyway).

If you make a server 8.6 it will be riddled with elfbotters. If you don't want that, I would suggest 8.7. Not sure what version is stable for 8.7 however as I've never looked... Maybe someone else can help you with that.

Edit:
On second thought... maybe 8.7 has mounts I can't remember. Why don't you want mounts anyway? They are amazing!

You can just use 10.77 and don't enable mounts for players? I'm using 10.41 and simulating 7.4 gameplay, you can have it behave as you want.

There is no single "best version." No client will guarantee success. It's what you do with it that matters.

My recommendation: If you're entirely new to hosting, start with an already released data pack until you learn the ropes. There are plenty to pick and choose from. If something interests you, put all your heart into it and build it into something worthy of people's attention. And if you are not satisfied with the outcome, ask yourself why. Never give up and keep trying.

Go to Tutorial boards and read about stuff. After you figure out what you want use 'search' and read a lot.
