Hi i got a big machine with ubuntu 12.04.1, how can i make multiple Vps here?.
Does VmWare is a good option???

MxSoft, don't use VB if you are not going to use it headless,(Non GUI Host or Server) I gave you a link about OpenVZ, they even have specialized Kernels for Virtualization.

GUI + VB = BLOAT!!
 
And for hosting several ots, all of them will use the same port? 7171?

Assuming you have enough IP addresses you can allocate the IP to their network interfaces.

But just because you have virtulisation software, dosn't mean you will magically be allocated multiple global IP addresses.
