Hi,Anyone could tell me what they think is the BEST program to make sprites and give links to some of the BEST tutorials they think will be helpful for a beginner spriter like me that knows nothing about spriting?

I'm currently working with Paint.net but Gimp works too.
You could check this tutorial done with paint.
There are a few other tutorial links in that thread as well.
It isn't a great one but good for beginners.
