Windows Big login problem

when ppl are trying to creat an account they geting to a site "this page cannot be shown~"
before that they got redirected to otland.

THe problem is that when teh click on "create account" it looks like this in the web browser:

http://larolia.serveirc.com/www.larolia.serveirc.com?subtopic=accountmanagement

But it should look like this

larolia.serveirc.com?subtopic=accountmanagement

is like doubleposting the ip or something...anyone know why and where to fix it?
