Windows Blank Page Along with A Download file when entering website

Hello OTland, Ive been experiencing some issues with my website the last day, When someone enter my website (not on my IP) it gives them blank page and a file called Download.. That's all

Ah Im sorry I realize the question had some inconsistencies. Im running Uniserver Gesior 3703 2012

More Specified, When I reOpen my 80 ports it works for a while, but then it happends again.

Well don't really wanna bump the thread but I solved it I guess
Appeartly after turning off UPNP on my router it has worked ever since, Probably a problem that will never occur to anyone but me but if you have the same problem, try this xD
