If you are below level 75 then you won't lose anything till level 75.
But if you have blessings or AOL then you will lose it, so please don't buy AOL or blessings until you are above level 75+, later if you buy and die then you will lose it.

So yes, if you die at that level with blessings then it's normal that you will lose it, later you have to buy it again...
If you haven't got enough money to buy it then don't BUY blessings, just go hunt with supplies and earn money.
