Hello 2 dumb guys are blocking respawn on ghastlys small resp

They was blocking resp from 14;00 to 15;00 and now im not sure

First guy: Medive Mastah 225 EK.

We were speaking about them. I've warned them and after 15 mins warned them one more time but they didn't respond.
I've reported them to @Mark but when he was looking at them, they were somewhere else so....
The best way is to take screenshot for exapmle: 17:00 and 15 mins later [ 17:15 ] because blocking more than 15 minutes is illegal.
 
where is proof that this was from 14.00 to 15.00 its only your words dude
When i was there at 16 I saw only 2 botters
