Well how can I make like a click page like donate and it comes up and blog there you can write to me?.

But its a normal blogg and the "blog words" saves in like a file called blog.txt

but he can write in a small window like

thats the like post he will write : means < is a questian > awnser

edit; Its tfs-cms I work from becouse Im not the best on homepages. Xampp 1.6.6a.
Also he/she dont need to be IN-LOGGED!
