Jak zrobić blokadę usunięcia postaci na stronie?

Tzn że po zalogowaniu nie można usunąć danej postaci?
 
Ja bym to zrobił jakoś tak :
że jak kolumna online = 1 to wyświetla komunikat "wyloguj aby usunąć postać".
Ale jak to napisać to nie wiem ;p
 
Ale chodzi mi żeby nie można było usunąć jednej postaci.

Tzn np nie można usunąć "Lola" ale można inne np "kazika"
 
chojrak dobrze mówi... accountmanagment.php przerobisz z 5 linijek i będzie tak jak chcesz
